Onyx has been designed and revamped over many time in the past six years. We have been caught in two or more economic crises with this commercial office project. The sketch here shows our approach to make this a public realm project, engaging all of the urban space that surrounds it as well as introducing a quality landscape proposal.
Onyx will be redeveloped currently with new program, retail, office and hospitality products will now be incorporated altogether into one entity. The project will also house a mechanical car park system to mitigate the very costly basement design that had been the main hindrance to the development.
