a much earlier scheme has the glass facades facing the north lights and the flank walls accommodate the circulation elements, very much in the vein of good tropical architectural approach. The poolside and associated deck structure is elevated at least 20 m from the main access road from below. This development has two key features, one which is that it resembles a typical low rise modern european office, yet it has another appealing feature which is that the arrival deck is similar to ZLG point92 office buildings (and many others) where the soffit and ceiling at this level is somewhere between 6-8 m. The idea here is to give visitors and residence an open view and visibility across the entire site.
