Avenue k is now in its fifth year of renovation (at the time of this writing) and continuous upgrading, we are targeting not later than march 2013. The total retail area has been preserved but there are fundamental changes in the layout, the atrium will now have two sides with public circulation unlike the previous design. Level 4 will be open to the public with lifestyle stores and recreational products and f and b to link directly to the hotel development which is undergoing a similar project enhancement in the next couple of years. The facades and entrance canopy will also undergo major renovations and added lighting designs and architectural features, courtesy of ari lighting company and a revised concept from zlgdesign. We work from interior concepts presented by GPstudios of london but survived the drawings and construction phrases to the end of delivery and handover and also certification for compliance. Jalex was the main contractor and shinwa metals took on most of the curtains wall contracts incorporating the revived facade details for H&M in 2013.
