More recently posted image of house with dark-stained timber floor laid in, after a long gap of 7 years without any renovation. The timber floor is brought out to the terraces as well, remaining at precisely the same levels for both the inside and the outside of the house.

Our more recent renovations are on going but progressively we see the additions of modernist furniture contrasted against the very natural setting and tone of the interior architecture, mostly comprising natural plywood doors and rough finished concrete walls and floor slabs.
The interior of this 2-storey private house was re-built for under USD12,000 and currently has been occupied unaltered or modified more than years. Conceptualised for a minimalist concept house utilising natural materials and rudimentary but clever detailing, exuding a unique tropical living experience. Currently undergoing more renovation work to ceilings and back wall conversion to a fully glazed facade. Not for the weak at heart, this design is an open concept and strictly for the brave and edgy.
